Today's post will be short and sweet because not much went down and i don't want to bore you.


Tonight for dinner i made an eggplant provencal that i got out of my heart healthy cookbook, and along side the eggplant i grilled some simple garlic herbed chicken breasts.
I thought i turned out well and my parents seemed to like it but im not a huge fan of capers and i think i next time i will nix them.
