Good old meat and potatoes!
Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon and cooked to a perfect medium rare, can you get any better than that? I think not.
I should have taken a picture when i cut into it, oh it was a glorious sight to behold!
I decided to do the Filet Mignon tonight because I'm going to be giving blood tomorrow and i need to get my iron levels up, what better way to do that than to have a nice protein packed STEAK!

For the sides i made some of my crispy garlic home fries, and some more haricot vert by request of my papa =] see i told you i got it down.
