Ok so tonight i had it all planned out, i was going to make pizza because i haven't made it in awhile, i even made the dough for the crust and everything! but my parents couldn't be here for dinner so i looks like it's going to be dinner party of 1 =/

I had an extra fillet of salmon from the other night so i decided to try my version of bagels and lox! now i know real lox is cured salmon but this is my version. Ive never had bagels and lox but after eating this i think it has become one of my new favorite sandwhich!

My version of bagels and lox was simply an everything bagel with cream cheese and flaked salmon. Yum
