So for the first meal of the new year i made a lovely steak topped with caramelized onions in a reduced balsamic vinegar sauce on top barley risotto, Yum.
and this was part of the process, but as you all know risotto takes a lot of sturing and babysitting so i didnt have much time for pictures once that began.
