For lunch today my dad picked up some take out from our favorite Chinese restaurant (Flying Tiger) on his way home from church.I got general tso, its my very favorite and I especially love it from Flying Tiger!
Their lunch is so amazing, it comes with egg drop soup, an egg roll and a chicken leg!

So for dinner I just thought we would continue the food travels and have MEXICAN!I made chicken quesadillas and like you have seen so often chili corn.
The quesadillas are just grilled chicken, with a Mexican spice rub, salsa, corn, and CHEESE of course!
