Today I decided to finally open up one of my cooking magazines and try one of their recipes, because every cooking magazine I get I always go through it an pick out all the recipes I like but then I never go back and actually make it =/Well today I finally made one, and I decided on the adobo chicken.
I'm really not sure why its called Adobo because it has no adobo in it whatsoever, in fact it was more like at teriyaki or Bourbon chicken.
Either way it was really good and if it looks burnt its not, the sauce was just a very thick inky reduction of soy sauce, vinegar, honey and a few other things.
