So my mom asked me to make something southwesterish tonight so I decided to make a frittata this frittata had andouille sausage, bell peppers, corn, salsa, and chipotle!
It was pretty spicy and my mom couldn't handle that but she still liked it
I feel like I have made frittata a lot on here but I can't help it, they are so easy and versatile and whenever we have a lot of eggs this is what comes to mind
